Elsa from "Frozen" 

So, I started this doodle and it was suppose to be some random queen, but it slowly started resembling Elsa's coronation look so I decided to make that instead. It's so full of mistakes that I just gave up after a while. Oh well. Also, I might make the ice dress version someday.
